3.3.6.1.4 - Form of Proxy
This petition is gathering signatures to get a resolution on the ballot that will limit the number of times candidates running for election or re-election to the Sealaska Board of Directors can receive discretionary votes. The amended bylaw proposed will state:
"However, the corporate proxy form includes a two-term maximum limit for a shareholder to be eligible to receive discretionary votes."
